Balsamic Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients:                                                
1 Red pepper
1 Green pepper
1 Cucumber
1/2 Red Onion
3 Roma Tomatoes
Cilantro
Avocado (keep separate if planning to store in fridge)
S&P
1 T Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp maple syrup or 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp lemon juice 

Directions:
  1. dice all vegetables
  2. add seasonings
  3. stir thoroughly
Serve on spinach or with chips.
